WHOLESALE & TRADE

All Wholesale & Trade accounts must have a city or county privilege license and have a state tax certificate to operate as a retailer, wholesaler or manufacturer. Merchandise purchased must be for use in manufacturing or resale. 

TERMS OF SALE

Opening orders require payment in full via credit card or bank transfer prior to shipment. Re-orders require payment in full at time of shipment. Net 30 available with approved credit, otherwise we require a valid credit or debit card on file to process orders. Failure to provide timely payment for orders will result in a 2% fee per week overdue. Orders may be subject to cancellation if credit application or payment information cannot be obtained by Under The Bough after several contacts, up to the time of planned ship date. Order cancellations at the request of the customer must be submitted in written format via email. 

MINIMUMS

All prices and minimums subject to change without notice. All items ordered under the minimum unit or not in appropriate multiples will be adjusted to the next multiple. 


Minimum opening order: $500.        Minimum reorder: $350. 

In-stock items ship within 3-5 business or by the specified ship date, if requested. 

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to hold inventory longer than 15 days, custom orders, and large orders requiring lead time.

BACKORDERS

As part of our fair trade principles we allow long lead times to ensure our suppliers are not pushed beyond capacity and this can sometimes result in delays. If an item is not yet in stock, but we are anticipating further supplies we can put it onto backorder. We will send your chosen item as soon as it comes into stock.

DAMAGES AND CLAIMS

All discrepancies and claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods. Freight damages should be filed with the carrier. Returns are not accepted without prior approval, and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipping. All claims will require photographic evidence to receive full credit. Because Under The Bough merchandise is hand crafted, there will be some variations in color, texture and finish, as well as slight irregularities. These are not considered flaws or defects.
